How to Make Perfect Idlis

Ready to Use Keep refrigerated. No thawing needed — simply take the batter out of the refrigerator when ready to cook.

Mix Well Open the container and mix the batter well for a smooth, consistent texture.

Grease Idli Plates Lightly grease idli mould plates with a little oil or ghee to prevent sticking.

Pour Batter Pour the batter into the greased idli moulds, filling each 3/4 full.

Steam for 10–12 Minutes Place in a steamer and steam on medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Serve Hot & Enjoy! Serve immediately with sambar, coconut chutney, tomato chutney, or your favourite accompaniments.
